POPs were extracted from homogenized liver tissues using QuEChERS EMR (Agilent Technologies, Bond Elut) and confirmed and quantified using an Agilent's 7890B gas chromatograph (GC) coupled to a 7010 tandem mass spectrometer (MS/MS) operating in multiple reactions mode (MRM). The dataset includes the date, location of sample collection sites, concentration of various polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in liver tissue, total of the 46 parental PAHs and the alkylated homologues, total organochlorine pesticides, and total polychlorinated biphenyls in nanogram per gram of liver wet weight.\n\ncdm_data_type = Trajectory\nVARIABLES:\ntrajectory (GRIIDC_Carr_et_al.,_2015-2017_POPs_in_snappers_CORRECTED_2)\ntime (seconds since 1970-01-01T00:00:00Z)\nlatitude (degrees_north)\nlongitude (degrees_east)\ndepth (Surface, m)\nspecies (fish species)\nmatrix (analyzed sample)\ntransect (transect number)\nstation_number (station identification)\nnaphthalene (ng g-1 w.w.)\nc1_naphthalene (ng g-1 w.w.)\nc2_naphthalene (ng g-1 w.w.)\nc3_naphthalene (ng g-1 w.w.)\nc4_naphthalene (ng g-1 w.w.)\nacenaphthylene (ng g-1 w.w.)\nacenaphthene (ng g-1 w.w.)\nfluorene (ng g-1 w.w.)\n...
